Hi, my name is Susan Becker, and I have been teaching both privately and publically since 1984 when I graduated from the University of Maine in Fort Kent, Maine. I hold an Associate’s degree in Arts, and a B.S. degree in Education. At present, am being trained for certification in Waldorf Education K-12. I have lived in Lost Nation here in Groveton for 30 years with my husband and two sons and assorted animal friends, and have taught both music and art during that time. My favourite pastimes are: hiking, snowshoeing, creating all kinds of artwork, kayaking, horseback riding, reading, singing, playing the guitar, and writing poetry and juvenile fiction. I totally love the students of the Groveton Schools and teach the following classes: Art I, II, and III, The Artist Within You, Traditional Crafts I and II, Grade 7, Grade 8, and classes for grades K-5.
