**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
Parade Drop Off Information
Parade drop-off will begin at 6:45 PM on the GES playground. Caregivers should remain with their students until a strong staff presence is visible on the playground. In past years, some parents have chosen to walk alongside us in the parade, while others have met us at a stop closer to the end of the route. Either option works. Thank you for helping us keep the parade safe, smooth, and enjoyable for everyone.
Parade Dismissal Information
At the conclusion of the homecoming parade, students will gather at our designated dismissal area. Each grade level will stand together, clearly marked by staff holding large, visible signs. Students must remain with their grade-level group until they are checked out by a staff member. Parents should approach their child’s group to make direct contact with the supervising staff member before a student is released. For safety, students will not be allowed to leave on their own or meet parents at another location. If someone other than a parent is picking up a child, prior written permission must be provided. Staff will remain with students until all children have been dismissed.

Missy is no stranger to GES. She's a familiar face with a heart of gold, known for her soft, sweet nature and her strong dedication to students. She brings with her a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of our Tier 1 programming, which means she’s ready to jump back in and hit the ground running (with kindness and calm, of course!).
Whether you know her from her previous time here or are meeting her for the first time, we know you’ll quickly see why we’re thrilled to have her back. Here's to a great year ahead filled with learning, laughter, and lots of Missy magic!
Welcome home, Missy!

Emma is also a proud Groveton alum! Being homegrown in this community gives her a unique perspective and a deep-rooted commitment to giving back to the school that helped shape her. She’s excited to return as an educator and contribute to the same positive experiences that inspired her as a student.
She is dedicated to creating a classroom that is academically engaging, safe, and nurturing for all students. Emma values strong partnerships with families and believes in recognizing and building upon each child’s individual strengths to help them thrive.
Outside of school, Emma enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with her family and their dogs. We’re thrilled to have her on board and look forward to a great year of learning and connection ahead!
Welcome back to the GES family Emma !
