SVS News 2/9/24 & Kindness Spirit Week Schedule

Counting to 100 is a big milestone in Kindergarten. As each school day has gone by the K/1 students have been anticipating the 100th day of school celebration! Today they had the opportunity to dress up as if they were 100 year old! The class decorated hats, decided what they would buy with $100, and some even brought in 100 objects! Some of the older students even got in on the fun!

Stark Village School News for September 22nd, 2023

Kiwanis brings new bike helmets to Stark Village School. On Tuesday morning, Mrs. Piven and Mrs. Gomes came to SVS to give bike helmets to Stark students. Mrs. Piven taught students both about the history of Kiwanis as well as its dedication to helping youth in their communities. Mrs. Piven explained that Kiwanis "is a service organization that has a group of volunteers that want to help prepare youth to become future leaders and provide service to those in our community that are in need." Students learned about how people of all ages can become members and the many activities and organizations that Kiwanis help. We are so thankful that the ladies were able to join us and for our new helmets. If anyone in your family needs a helmet, please call the school, and we will coordinate with Kiwanis to get one!
