We are pleased to announce that Mrs. Paula Frank has been named the new Principal of Groveton Middle/High School. With over 30 years of experience in New Hampshire public education, she brings a strong commitment to student success and community leadership.
Originally from Stowe, Vermont, Mrs. Frank began her career in 1994 as a high school English teacher at our own Stratford Public School. She later taught at Berlin High School while earning a Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling from Plymouth State University.
In 2001, she became a school counselor at Profile School, serving for 16 years and completing a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (CAGS) in Educational Leadership at New England College. In 2016, she joined Lisbon Regional School as Assistant Principal, where she helped implement the SAT Suite of Assessments and establish an Advanced Placement program.
Mrs. Frank has also served as President of the New Hampshire School Counselor Association and has extensive training in trauma-informed practices and Multi-Tiered Systems of Support for Behavior (MTSS-B).
A longtime resident of Lancaster, she has lived in the area for more than 30 years and is the proud grandmother of a two-year-old granddaughter. The 2025–2026 school year will mark her 32nd year in education.
Please join us in welcoming Mrs. Frank to the Groveton community. We look forward to the experience, leadership, and care she brings to our students, staff, and families!
