FREE BACKPACKS AND SCHOOL SUPPLIES AVAILABLE TO SAU58 STUDENTS The Northumberland Police Department’s Help Organization in partnership with the Granite Guild, a local nonprofit, are offering free backpacks and school supplies. Children in School District SAU58 from Kindergarten to 4th Grade are eligible. Parents are encouraged to stop the Northumberland Police Department on Thursday, August 31 and Friday, September 1 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm to pick up the backpacks and supplies. The Northumberland Police Department is located at 10 Station Square, Groveton, New Hampshire 03582. The backpacks and supplies were made possible by donations by Union Bank and an anonymous donor.

New staff for SAU 58 participated in new staff orientation on Aug 23rd. We toured the buildings of Stark Village School, Stratford Public School and Groveton High School. We also participated in activities to familiarize new staff with our many technology resources. Our staff stop for a picture by the Stark Covered Bridge. Welcome to SAU 58!

Fall Sports Announcement and Welcome Back! Here is an overview of the fall sports programs we will be offering: 1. Varsity Boys Soccer 2. Varsity Girls Soccer 3. Middle School Boys Soccer 4. Middle School Girls Soccer Groveton Athletics now hosts their Pre-Participation Athletic Forms online with BigTeams. This digital platform will allow you, and your student(s), to complete and access athletic forms via computer, tablet, or mobile phone. https://studentcentral.bigteams.com/ Parents & Students grades 7-12 in Groveton and Stratford please check your email for additional information.

Parents – Create Your Student Account Help Guide 1. Go to https://studentcentral.bigteams.com/ 2. Click Sign Up to Create New Account and complete the four step account creation o Who is this account for? Select Parent/Guardian o What School are you registering for? Input the name of the school that your oldest participating student attends o Input your Personal Information for your Parent/Guardian account o Input Username (Email) and Password 3. From the Linked Accounts page in My Profile, click "+ Link Student Account" 4. Search for your Student to see if they have already created an account. o NOTE: Check out the Self Help menu for “Account Linking Guide” 5. If your student does not have an account, click the hyperlink for "If your student does NOT have an account OR is not yet 13 years old, click HERE" and complete the five steps for creating the student account 6. Once created, be sure to input your EMERGENCY CONTACT information (Left Navigation under My Profile), and then complete the form requirements by clicking FORMS and then ATHLETIC FORMS 7. After signing the forms as a Parent, navigate back to My Profile followed by Linked Accounts, and have your student(s) use the Sign In As button to complete any “Awaiting Athlete Signature” requirements o NOTE: Check out the Self Help menu for “(Returning) Student/Parent “Sign In As” Feature” help guide 8. Once your forms are approved, a notification will be sent to your listed email address and/or mobile number. Notification settings can be adjusted by going to My Profile followed by Notifications
